Dairy Cows are on the larger size and are very prolific breeders.  They like protein rich foods, but are also happy to devour organic matter like leaves. They are very easy to care for and are popular for beginners.

A small spiky species nicknamed “Crystal Pineapple” or “Pineapple Spiky”.  They don’t mind it more moist but can handle dryer conditions well.  They are very timid and very cute.  Easy to care.

“Powder Orange” is an orange color morph of Porcellionides pruinosus.  A great looking bioactive cleanup crew isopod.

“Powder Blue” is the wild-type blue/gray/brown color morph of Porcellionides pruinosus.  A great looking bioactive cleanup crew isopod.

A striking smaller species that prefers it slightly more moist. Pretty standard care with moist area on one side (less than 1/4 of the container with damp moss) and bark hides with a lot of leaf litter throughout.

A flatter/smaller species of Armadillidium that reproduces very quickly.  My colony is the slate grey/grey-blue color.  Very easy to care for and would be great in a bioactive setup.

These are on the smaller size for Armadilliidum and are more slow moving.  They are nice to look at and are decently hardy.
