These can be decently prolific when set up right. I keep mine ~1/3rd-1/4th moist with plenty of hides on both the moist and dry sides. I would recommend keeping them in a enclosure with more surface area than a 12 quart as they are rather big. You can start them in one but they will quickly outgrow it once their first few broods start growing up, I personally keep mine in a ezy 32qt gasket bin.

A white with orange speckles morph of Cubaris murina. As of posting this this is a relatively newly isolated morph, from cubaris murina "Anenome". Not to eb confused with the c. murina "pearl" gem mix.
