TERMS OF SERVICE

Shipping is offered throughout the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Legalities of keeping species in particular states is the responsibility of the customer.

Isopods are shipped based on estimated delivery to minimize the time in shipping. Live arrival guarantee is available with Express shipping, if there is an issue on arrival the buyer MUST notify the seller within 1 hour of receipt of the animal(s) in order to receive a replacement/refund. Photos are required for proof of death. Animals must be laid out clearly when submitting photos.

If destination temp is below 40F or above 80F, the package will be marked hold for pickup at the shipping hub for a valid live arrival guarantee. The package can be delivered to door by customer request, but this voids the live animal guarantee.  I will not ship below 20 degrees or above 95 degrees in either my location or the destination.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

​Cancellations are accepted, but with a 10% deduction processing fee. This fee is still applied in the event the customer did not enter sufficient information to send the package (i.e., omitting full name, phone number, etc.). Cancellations can be made anytime before the item is shipped.

No returns on any animals are accepted.
